Tesla and SpaceX merger officially announced by June 30, 2027?
This Polymarket market asks whether Tesla or SpaceX will officially announce an acquisition or merger involving the other by June 30, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. ET; the announced deal does not need to be completed for a Yes resolution. Current odds were not included in the supplied data; PolySpotter tracks $3,000 in smart money and one signal, with a whale adding to an existing Yes position.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is officially announced that Tesla, Inc. will be, has been, or is being acquired by or merged with SpaceX, or vice versa, by the listed date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". An announcement by Tesla or SpaceX within this market's timeframe will qualify for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether or when the announced acquisition/merger actually occurs. Announcements of partial sales may count, as long as the acquiring company acquires a controlling interest in the other company. A “controlling interest” refers to a change in ownership sufficient to control the company’s strategic decisions (typically more than 50% of equity, or equivalent control via voting and governance rights). Transactions or investments that do not result in a transfer of controlling interest will not count. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Tesla or SpaceX; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Notable Trades
Whale adds to existing YES position
The trader added $3,000 to an existing YES position in a thin market, making a substantial, conviction-backed bet despite no clear track-record edge.
- The $3,000 buy was over six times the market’s 24-hour volume and about 43% of its displayed liquidity.
- This adds to an existing $9,775 YES position, bringing the trader’s investment to nearly $12,800.
- The wallet is up $90,024 overall, though its 58% win rate does not clearly establish an edge at this entry price.
